Red Mountain BC
LIVE THE ADVENTURE
The Kootenay Rockies
Rossland is an old gold-mining town in the special Kootenay Rockies of British Columbia.
There remains a slender belief that there’s still gold in the hills & peaks of Red Mountain.
But the only treasures that interest us, are the kind of activities that allows us to stay right on the surface.
Mountain biking. Hiking. Fishing. Boating. Golf. Downhill skiing. Cross-country skiing. Snowboarding. Snowmobiling. Wildlife. Fat tire biking. What’s your aerobic fancy?
Rossland also has a selection of interesting restaurants and shopping, with a cool bakery, unique coffee shops, a micro brewery, and original art from all over BC.
To expand your knowledge of Rossland and the surrounding regions of BC, visit Tourism Rossland website, have a look in the Rossland Museum, or ask at the Rossland Arts Council.

Seasons of Adventure
THE PLEASURE OF ACTION

Springtime
Discover what happens once the snow has melted & winter is finally over
– what goes on in Rossland & Red Mountain when the sun shines brightly
again?
Good question. There’s only one way to answer that though, & that’s
person…

Summer Vibes
And the other season for which we’ve been waiting…
And what a pleasure of a wait, as we get to savor the
absolute joys of spring & a well-earned break from
winter exertions. Taste the freedom.

The Fall
How do we stay active when we know that winter is coming? The
days are shorter & there’s a bite of cold as temperatures drop.
But there’s always joy to be found, no matter the season, especially
here in BC.

Winter Sports
Discover the legends that make Red Mountain so damn cool.
There’s no pretense here, this is all about the snow.
Spread out & enjoy the fresh tracks to the max. Go ride it.
Have come a long way from Australia, but nothing beats the Rams Head. Have been coming for over 12 years to Red & Rams Head. Only getting better! Love the hot breakfasts. Can't stop eating those lovely muffins. The best thing is Martin's hospitality & genuineness. Thanks to his team & hope to be back next season. Here's hoping! PS We love Hank too!
Perfect ski resort. Friendly staff. Thank you.
Fantastic 5 days of skiing! Leaving with tired legs! See you next year!
